【教務處重要公告】110/11/3起各課程採實體授課為原則，詳情請參閱公告內容。All courses should do in-class instruction starting from Nov. 3rd. Please refer to the announcement for details.
依據110/11/1教育部修正之「大專校院110學年度因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防疫管理指引」，學校如採實體授課應符合相關辦理原則。故經110/11/1校級防疫會議決議如下：

2. 8字頭地下室教室課程須符合安全容留人數，選課人數超過者，仍應採線上學習。
3. 3字頭地下室教室課程應採線上學習。

3. 3字頭地下室教室課程應採線上學習(將依總務處測量之安全容留人數結果滾動式調整)。

※ 說明：
1. 10/12-11/7期間，向教務處申請借用教室實體授課者，11/3-7維持使用；被借用教室之課程，11/3-7仍暫停使用原教室，11/8恢復使用原教室。

(2) 地下室教室安全容留人數(係由總務處依據外氣量、CO2排放量及濃度計算)
3. 防疫期間教學注意事項：
(1) 共同原則：
√ 課程進行方式及評分方式若有任何調整，敬請各授課教師務必於I’m@TMU公告學生週知。
√ 因應疫情變化，敬請各授課教師100%錄製PowerCam，並將所有教材上傳至I’m@TMU。
(2) 實體課程：配合教育部防疫指引，實體授課應符合下列原則：
√ 採固定座位、固定成員方式進行，並落實實聯制；如無法採固定座位時，請任課老師拍照留存，以便後續疫調。
√ 授課教師進行授課時，若能保持社交距離或有適當阻隔設備，可以不戴口罩，但授課前及授課結束後仍應佩戴口罩；學生應全程佩戴口罩且落實手部消毒，上課期間禁止飲食。
√ 教室應保持通風良好及定時清消，上課使用操作設備機具須妥善消毒。
(3) 線上課程：
√ 敬請確保教學品質，加強師生互動，切勿以舊有PowerCam檔案實行遠距教學。
√ 敬請確保學生學習成效，並確實掌握學生線上出席狀況、觀課與討論情形、評量方式及各面向情形，並保留相關紀錄，以利未來稽考。
√ 如授課教師採取遠距教學需相關技術諮詢，請聯繫資訊處教學科技組(大安校區分機(#3) 1617, 1618, 1619, 1616)；遠距教學品質相關諮詢，請聯繫跨領域學院數位自學中心(校本部分機2855)。

2. Teachers' teaching notes during the epidemic prevention period：
(1) common principles
√ If there are any adjustments to the course method and grading method, please make sure to announce information on I’m@TMU.
√ Please record PowerCam and upload all teaching materials to I’m@TMU.
(2) In-class instruction
√ Assign seating for each person, or take a picture for the class.
√ Teachers don’t need to wear masks when teaching under social distance. Students should wear masks all time during class. Eating and drinking must not be allowed. Hands should be washed/sanitized regularly.
√ Make sure classrooms are well ventilated and sanitized regularly. All equipment should be sanitized after each use.
(3) distance learning courses
√ Please ensure the quality of teaching, strengthen teacher-student interaction, and do not use the old PowerCam files to implement remote teaching.
√ When teachers conduct distance teaching, please pay attention to and ensure the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of students' learning. Please ensure that students' online attendance, discussion and various aspects data are records for reference.。
