    Ø   評選方式:

    u  1080531日(五)上午0930~1020,將於醫學綜合大樓後棟一樓大廳進行開幕,到場參與開幕式者,將獲得總成績酌加5之鼓勵。(請於報到台簽到,須攜帶識別文件,如:學生證)。

    u  1080531日(五)上午1020~1200,請參展學生務必於海報展示區備詢。

    u  審查項目包含摘要與備詢審查,備詢審查將視研究原創性、應用價值、同學臨場回答以及海報製作四個項目進行評分(每篇海報將有二位審查委員)

    u  完成備詢者,可於當日11301200之間(逾時不候),於服務台(8006教室前)領取

    n   『參展證明』,未逾期間領取者,視為未參與海報評選,恕不予補發

    n   『備詢小禮物』,未逾期間領取者,視為放棄,恕不予補發

    u  評選優秀之論文將頒發獎狀,如第一作者為『本校在學學生』,則再發予獎學金。

    Ø   Review process:

    u  09:30–10:20, May 31 (Fri), 2019. The opening ceremony will be held in the lobby of the Comprehensive Medical Building (Back Building). Those who participate in the opening ceremony will earn a bonus of 5 points added to their total scores (please sign in at the registration desk and bring an identification document such as a student ID).

    u  10:20–12:00, May 31 (Fri), 2019. Participating students should present their posters and prepare to answer questions at the poster display area.

    u  Abstracts and inquiry performance will be reviewed. Inquiry performance will be graded according to research originality, application value, the participant’s answers, and poster production (each poster will be reviewed by two committee members).

    u  Participants who complete the poster session should come to the information desk (in front of Room 8006) during 11:30–12:00 to collect the following items:

    n   Certificate of participation. Those who do not collect the certificate of participation during the specified period will be deemed to have not participated in the poster session. Certificates will not be reissued.

    n   Gift of participation. Those who do not collect the gift during the specified period will be deemed to have relinquished the gift.

    u  Awards will be given to winners who presented excellent papers. If the primary author is a student of the university, he or she will be awarded a scholarship.

     

    Ø   The publications will be presented in the form of posters, and the specifications, display times, and venue are detailed as follows:

    u Poster board specifications: 95 cm (width) × 195 cm (height) (posters within this range are acceptable).

    u Poster setup date and time: May 27 (Mon) to 28 (Tue), 2019

    [please display posters on the specified dates, otherwise the participant will be regarded as having waived his or her right]

    u Poster presentation session: 10:20–12:00, May 31 (Fri), 2019

    u Poster retrieval date: After 17:00, May 31 (Fri), 2019

    [those who wish to retrieve their posters should do so before 12:00 on June 01, 2019; all remaining posters will be removed by the organizer afterward]

    u Poster display date and time: May 27 (Mon) to 31 (Fri), 2019

    u Venue: B1, Comprehensive Medical Building (Rear Building).

    u Please do not use thumbtacks; please use double-sided tape or tape to display posters.
