本校醫學系生物化學暨細胞分子生物學科劉豫川教授與醫學系解剖學暨細胞生物學科張宏名教授團隊於2021年8月發表論文「Water composed of reduced hydrogen bonds activated by localized surface plasmon resonance effectively enhances anti-viral and anti-oxidative activities of melatonin」於國際期刊「Chemical Engineering Journal」，該期刊Impact Factor高達13.273，領域排名為2.73% ( 4/143 ,in ENGINEERING,CHEMICAL)。劉豫川教授與張宏名教授於該篇論文為共同通訊作者，任婷怡博士與楊織萍博士為共同第一作者。
